    At Her Kitchen Table, Canberra's best home cooks (we call them Meal Artists because really that's what they are!) make culturally authentic and unique foods for Canberrans to order and enjoy. Whether you are are looking for a morning tea for a boardroom meeting, keeping hungry conference goers happy, or celebrating a life event, we have something for you.

     

    We piloted Her Kitchen Table for the first time in 2021, made some refinements, and now we're back again!

     

    Her Kitchen Table is a social enterprise. This means that while it's a business, it has a social purpose behind it. It also means that meal artist keep their profits, and anything on top of that pays of the running of the business.

     

    Our purpose is to create a world where great food also means professional training, social connections and economic opportunity.

    Her Kitchen Table is a beautiful blend of sharing foods, values, exchange of love and embracing the talents of multicultural women based in Canberra. Women rich in diverse cultural backgrounds can use this platform to share their unique cultures and stories through home-style-food. On the one hand, this platform empowers culturally diverse women to turn their passion into a profession while on the other hand, it focuses on connecting the broader community with the spirit of exchange and love.
