My name is Raquel. I was born in Brazil and living in Australia since 2013. I have always been fond of desserts, cooking and being creative. After adopting a healthy lifestyle, I have decided to do something that will bring taste and fitness to a balance. And that’s how I have come up with altering the classic desserts into healthy versions without compromising the taste. I make the desserts without any refined ingredients, and they are gluten and dairy-free. My ultimate goal is to turn the classic deserts into a healthier and nutrient version of themselves and still as tasty as grannies recipes.
